You may use the site for lawful personal shopping and browsing. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or copy or exploit its content in violation of our rights.

Product colors can vary slightly across screens. Please review the product details before ordering. We may decline or cancel an order due to availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other reasonable circumstances. If we cancel a paid order, we’ll issue a refund.

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown during checkout. Payment must be authorized before an order is accepted.

Each Clibbie is made by hand for your order. Small variations from the photos are a normal part of handmade goods. Damaged or defective items reported within 30 days with a photo qualify for a replacement or refund, and unused, non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days under our Returns policy.

Estimated preparation and transit times are not guarantees. Carrier delays and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. See our Shipping page for current timing.

Clibbies artwork, product designs, text, logos, and site content belong to Clibbies or its licensors and may not be reproduced or sold without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clibbies is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
